Hi there, I’m Nicola

I am a fully qualified mathematics teacher who currently works part time in a school in Cardiff.

Back in 2013, I graduated from the University of South Wales with a BSc Secondary Teaching Mathematics and ICT (QTS). In 2017, I was awarded a Masters degree in Educational Practice. I have over 10 years experience of teaching in a variety of educational settings in Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

I have a passion for maths and love working with children. I have in-depth subject knowledge and a deep understanding of the new curriculum and educational policies in Wales. I am dedicated to providing a safe, friendly, productive learning environment, where every student can thrive.

I am fully DBS checked and am registered with the EWC.

​

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my partner and 10 year old son. I also enjoy my role as 'Team Manager' for a local rugby team in Cardiff.
